After purchase, you'll receive a follow-up email to gather your vision, wishes, and inspiration. I'll confirm final pricing with you before beginning. The remaining balance will be due prior to shipping.

Each Crafted Sol Shaker is uniquely handmade and often customized just for you. Because of this, all custom and personalized tambourine sales are final.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces.

If your Sol Shaker arrives damaged, please email solshakersllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll review and work with you to make it right.

Creation Time Each Crafted Sol Shaker is made by hand and designed uniquely for you. Production time typically ranges from 2–4 weeks, depending on customization details and current order volume.
